As a Business Development Representative here at Katapult Network, Justin helps companies in our Kansas hub find their next rising star by working with them to discover where recent college graduates can help them grow for years to come.
Justin is proud of his ability to connect with the people around him and form meaningful, long-term relationships. He’s a strong believer in “it’s not what you know but who you know” and enjoys the journey of each individual relationship.
If he could offer one piece of advice to companies looking to hire, he would tell them to be open to hiring recent college graduates for their entry-level roles. These candidates come ready and eager to start their careers with great transferable skills that transition successfully into full-time work.
FUN FACT: Justin loves winter and all the sports that come with the season. He is an avid snowboarder, snowmobiler, and hockey player – if there is a winter sport to be had, Justin enjoys it!
