We firmly believe that while we are a great resource, we shouldn’t be your only one. All of our services from the initial phone interview through job placement are completely at-will. We’ll never ask you to sign a contract limiting your job search or forcing you to pay if you leave a job early – we just ask that you keep us in the loop if you’re looking elsewhere!
We’ll put our network to work for you. With hundreds of partner companies in the Twin Cities area and beyond, we start careers in industries such as marketing, human resources, insurance, logistics, and everything “business.”
Once we hear from you, our recruiters will take a look at your background. If they think you’d be a fit for our current openings they will give you a call to start the interview process! We’ll get to know you – your goals, personality, and experiences – so that you can get the job that will start your career. For more details on each step, visit our candidate page.
First and most important – stay connected with us! The job market moves quickly and so it’s important to keep an eye out for calls and emails – delaying a response by even a day can mean an opportunity passes you by. We love it when our candidates check in with us to give us an update on how their job search is going outside of us as well.
Second, follow through with your interview prep! We’ll give you tips for how to ace your interview, but it’s up to you to put them into practice. The more prepared you are, the better your chance of landing the job!

SPARK is our one-of-a-kind method for assessing each candidate’s individual personality, work style, goals, and experiences. We don’t want to waste anyone’s time by sending you to interviews for jobs you aren’t interested in or that aren’t a good fit for you.
We designed SPARK to help with that and to streamline the process for you as much as possible. No need to take a test – our recruiters are ready to determine your SPARK as part of your regular interview.

Unlike a staffing agency, we will take the time to get to know you and prepare you to ace your interview. Before we even start to talk about job opportunities you’ll meet with one of our recruiters who will evaluate your background, goals, and interviewing skills so that we only talk to you about jobs you will actually want.
Beyond that, it’s also important to know that our services are always free to our candidates and there is no contract to work with us.
