Career-to-Launch gives companies the opportunity to test-hire college graduates with little to no professional work experience in their entry-level jobs.
After a specific number of weeks, the position becomes a full-time permanent role. This allows candidates to bridge their experience gap and work for great companies who have struggled to hire at the entry-level before using Katapult’s Career-to-Launch program.
