As an Onboarding and Communications Coordinator at Katapult Network, Emma helps our external employees walk through the onboarding and orientation process after they’ve received a job offer with one of our partner companies. When she isn’t working with our employees, Emma is the voice behind the keyboard on our social media accounts!
Emma is known for her ability to connect with people while being her authentic self. She is also particularly good at finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.
If she could only give a single piece of advice to recent college graduates, she could recommend being open minded about different opportunities – you never know what you might fall in love with until you try it.
FUN FACT: Emma is a huge theatre nerd! She loves talking about different musicals and has even starred in a few!
