In her role as our Director of Operations and Human Resources, Danielle’s umbrella covers a wide variety of projects and departments. She builds and maintains relationships with colleges across the greater Twin Cities area, manages our vendor relationships, and oversees our human resources, marketing, and operations needs.
She is known for her love of a challenge and determination to keep Katapult growing and running smoothly for our clients and candidates. If there is a tiny detail out of place or an obscure fact to be had, Danielle wants to find it!
If she could only give a single piece of advice to job seekers, she would say that they shouldn’t let their failures or disappointments stop them from moving forward. Sometimes those experiences open up the door for a success they never dreamed was coming.
FUN FACT: Danielle loves to travel and try new things. When traveling, she goes out of her way to try new-to-her local foods. The most memorable things she has tried are hotteok in Seoul (the most delicious) and scorpion in Beijing (the scariest)!
