Covid-19 Response
Our corporate staff is working from home to maintain our high standard of support to our employees and partner companies, so if you have questions we are here to help.
We want to reassure you in this uncertain time, that Katapult Network is monitoring the current situation and taking steps to ensure that our employees stay safe and healthy.
To our employees, contractors, and candidates
First and foremost, Katapult Network is asking all candidates and employees to notify us as soon as possible if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 or develop any symptoms.
In an effort to keep lives as normal as possible while preventing the spread of the virus, it is extremely important to let us know as soon as possible if you are diagnosed or develop symptoms, to allow us to take necessary next-steps.
Some symptoms are:
- Fever (temperature above 100.4 °F)
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Fatigue
- Aches
- Runny Nose
- Sore Throat
We also ask that you stay at home if you develop these or any other cold/flu like symptoms – and that you remain at home until you have been symptom free for a minimum of 24 hours.
Please let us know if you are travelling to any Covid-19 hotspots, if you have come into contact with anyone who has traveled to any hotspots, or if you have come into contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with or asked to quarantine for Covid-19. You may be asked to self-quarantine for up to 14 days.
Many of our partner companies have their own Covid-19 response plans. If you are working through a Career-to-Launch or Elite program, please ask your supervisor about any policies specific to your workplace.
To be clear – Katapult Network is NOT closing up shop!

Despite the quarantine, we know that work needs to go on. We want to thank you for your continued partnership and flexibility and want you to know that we have made the shift to working remotely and are here to support you in all your hiring and training needs.
To that end, we wanted to let you know some of the changes we’ve made to do our part in reducing the spread of Covid-19.
We’ve asked our candidates to connect with you regarding your specific Covid-19 plans, but in general we expect that our candidates will:
- Notify us if they are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, have been asked to self-quarantine by a medical professional, and/or if they have tested positive for the virus.
- Stay home from work if they are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms until they are at least 24 hours.
- Notify us if they have traveled anywhere that is a hotspot for Covid-19 or if they have come into contact with anyone who has traveled to those locations.
