Our most popular programs, Career-to-Launch, and Katapult Elite are designed on a “no-fee” model. That means it won’t cost you any more to work with us than it would to have your newest hire on your own payroll – and there is substantially less risk to you!

How do you find your candidates?
Based on our nearly 50 years of combined recruiting experience, we’ve developed a multi-factor recruiting campaign strategy that builds on our relationships with colleges across the country to attract top grads from local markets.
We spend an average of 4 hours communicating with each candidate before they are ever introduced to one of our partner companies for an interview, and that communication continues through the interview process and their Career-to-Launch/Elite programs.
Do you only work in Minnesota?
Not at all! We’re happy to call Minnesota our home-base, but we have recruiting hubs in Kansas and Missouri as well. With over 20 years combined national recruiting experience, we’re ready to connect great candidates with companies all across the United States.
