In her role as a talent advisor, Alexa reaches out to and meets with recent college graduates in Kansas and Missouri to learn more about their personalities, skills, and strengths to help them find the perfect career path.
Alexa is particularly proud of her communication and explanation skills. As a former teacher, Alexa is skilled at providing clear and thorough communication with her candidates. She know that the job search can be stressful, but strong communication makes the process go more smoothly!
Her #1 piece of advice for recent graduates entering the job search is to keep an open mind about different opportunities. The job search can be intimidating – you are qualified for and capable of more than you think!
FUN FACT: Alexa can move an Oreo from her forehead to her mouth using only the muscles in her face!
