Her best advice for recent graduates? Know that it’s okay to have a little help in your job search. Ask for that second opinion, introduction, or opportunity. Knowing how to use your resources is an important part of success and you never know what will turn up!
FUN FACT: Regan was a competitive dancer for 16 years and still enjoys dancing when she isn’t at work!
